When it comes to public administration, Dr. Robert Wright has a breadth of experience. Having held senior management positions in public safety, emergency management, and workforce development, he brings unique insights to Capella’s public administration courses. Dr. Wright has also shared his insights with the world—through book chapters and journal articles on topics relating to homeland security and public sector collaboration.
