A fantastic and rewarding experience!

November 30, 2010Stephen Without a doubt, enrolling at Capella for my MBA in Human Resources Management has been by far the best decision I could have made. Without disrespecting some of the other online learning institutions with whom I looked into, I felt like I was having a sales person trying to sell me on their university without asking me questions about what I wanted in obtaining my MBA. The level of care and concern never made it's way into any conversations at all. When I found Capella and sent out a request for information about their MBA program in HR Management, their response was very quick. Right away I felt like they wanted to "partner up" with me rather than sell me. The academic advisor asked probing questions that made me feel like there was a real genuine care about my career and success. No stone was left unturned and their process was very on target. I am now into my 4th class and I am very much enjoying the learning experience. My instructors and classmates have been fantastic!

July 2, 2011Lee I have found that SHRM requires professional experience in order to be eligible for certification. How can you enter in the job market without being certified and no prior experience? How may an MBA in HR enable a job interview without this certification requirement?
