Cannot get Employer Discount Offered

July 8, 2010Chris My experience with Capella has not been a good one. I have spent about three months trying to get my employer discount re-instated after three years in the program. I was informed my initial enrollment counselor did not submit the proper paperwork, so my discount that I received for the first two years was removed and now I cannot get it re-applied to my last year's tuition payment. I have tried everyone. So hopefully this post will help other prospective students realize that Capella has some work to do with their customer service and billing handling. I pay in full for each quarter so I have little ability to get a refund or credit. I've decide to leave the Project Management PhD program at this time and apply to another school that can do a better administrative job.
