Life Changing!

November 22, 2010Mellisa I began my learner journey at Capella in June of 2009. I was so nervous because I didn't know what to expect or if I could even do it. I now look back as I'm getting ready to graduate and say "that was an incredible experience." The staff and faculty at Capella were all genuinely interested in my success. Even though the classes were online my instructors were more accessible to me than some of my instructors in the traditional environment. The knowledge I gained in this program I was able to use right away in my career. My employer was very impressed with the insight that I had on a lot of our projects. If there was anyone trying to decide whether or not to enroll; take my advice and do it. You will be glad you did!

Healthcare Administration

November 23, 2010Debby Completing a master's degree is part of the requirements for my present job as a Chief Nursing Officer. After researching options, I chose a Healthcare Administration degree from Capella University. The online style of the coursework is perfect for my busy lifestyle. The professors have been supportive, encouraging, and very engaged. I have learned a great deal that has assisted me in my professional life. I am 2 courses from completion, and while I am looking forward to graduation, I have enjoyed my coursework. I highly recommend Capella.

A personal decision to move on

January 30, 2011Nnenna I started my career with this prestigous university since winter 2009. I have 4 more courses to graduation in the field of Public Health but now am giving it a second thought, either to switch to public health administration, since i am currently working in the hospital as a bed side nurse for the past 6 years and love my job. How smooth do you think the switching is going to be possible?. Most of my instructors so far, has been nice and understanding while some are just there to frustate one for no reason. I will still recommend a friend to pursue career in this university.
